[開箱] Arctic Accelero Xtreme III 之 R9 290 散熱小改

使用 R9 290 已經好些時間,應付有興趣的遊戲其實也都算是稱職,不過隨著 970/980 的出現,那精美的價格和低功耗的確讓人心動,只是出掉舊卡換新卡的折舊價差和可能沒太大感受的效能差異,只是考量 Windows 10 推出在即,上頭搭載的是 DirectX 12,以及釋出沒多久的 DisplayPort 1.3,最後還是決定繼續沿用到不行了再說,不過為了搭配新機殼,還是去買了 Arctic Accelero Xtreme III 來改善全速運轉時的惹人心煩的噪音。

安 裝記憶體散熱體片熱體是熱體比較費力的流程,塗上散熱膏之後,要壓住記憶體和散熱片,並且要再全部安裝完畢後靜置一小時候才能上機,避免中途脫落。另外就 是散熱片的數目不夠,由於散熱器是通用設計,沒辦法兼顧所有類別的顯示卡配置,左邊下方三顆記憶體所需要的散熱片,是拿其他大小的拼湊而成

沒有使用 Arctic Accelero Xtreme III 三風扇,直接使用機殼底部的風扇取代

實際測試下,Arctic Accelero Xtreme III 對於整體扇熱效果就像網路上硬體網站測試網站所提供的資訊相同,Noctua NF-S12A PWM 風扇轉速控制在 1100 ~ 1200 就有不錯的效果,只是因為機殼風流的關係,靠近擋板位置 VRM2 溫度抑制不如預期,改善效果有限,全速運轉的時候反而會稍微高些,這點到是小改之前沒預期到的,不過至少噪音的問題已經搞定了。
